keep important documents out of the abuser hands. If you have to get a new job keep this information to yourself or a trusted person. Please tell it to family member's let them know what is going on. Contact children school leave your abuser name or any other information you have on them. File at school for certain people you trust to pick your children up. Teach your children to never tell your abuser where you live or give out telephones numbers or address When leaving work never take the same route your abuser could follow you. If you see your abuser staking hanging around call your local police department , you are helping yourself make a paper trail on them. Also have a talk with your children not to go with the abusers, if they see make sure they know who to call and tell. Teach your children to scream out loud even though its annoying at home sometimes if a child make loud noises someone will come and help them. Teach all Children to say these words loudly NO! STOP! DON'T DO THAT! and tell them to RUN! and yell loudly file restrainer orders with your Local Police Department. If you are wanting to re locate find house or apartments that have security gates and fences remember this may be a long stay or short you want to be able to feel free as you come and go keep all your personal information to yourself if it get out the abuser can find you easy make it hard for them.
