Contact children school leave your abuser name or any other information you have on them. File at school for certain people you trust to pick your children up. Teach your children to never tell your abuser where you live or give out telephones numbers or address When leaving work never take the same route your abuser could follow you. Also have a talk with your children not to go with the abusers, if they see make sure they know who to call and tell.
